Lasagna Roll Up’s by the Groupie Wife
1 Package Lasagna Noodle
1lb Ground Beef
1 Large Jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Heat water for noodles in a large pot. Bring to boiling and throw in the noodles. In the mean time, brown the meat in a large skillet, breaking it up into tiny bits as it cooks. Drain the fatty McFat-fat.
Take a baking pan and cover the bottom with spaghetti sauce. We put foil down on the bottom for easy clean up.
When noodles are done, drain and lay noodles out, two at a time.
Spoon spaghetti sauce, meat, and cheese onto the noodle. Roll it up and stick one tooth pick into it. This will keep the noodles from unrolling. Place in baking pan.
Throw in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Once it is done cooking, let it stand for 10 minutes to cool.
